More About Me

Welcome

Welcome to Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty! Prior to becoming the Designated Broker for our Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden offices, I was a top-producing REALTOR in our community for 21 years. I have over 38 years of experience in real estate sales, and am excited to bring my experience to the training and mentoring programs we provide our agents.  For several years I was a co-owner of a local construction company, which specialized in residential home construction and land development. This experience gives me a strong foundation to help my agents with their builder clients, developers, and new home purchasers. I have a long history of community involvement including: Graduate of the Leadership Coeur d’Alene program, Past President of the Board for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Idaho, Past Chair of The Education Committee for the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors and Board Member of the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service. I currently serve on the Board of The Women’s Gift Alliance

I am a past United Way Volunteer of the Year and in 2021 was named an Idaho Philanthropist of the Year for outstanding contributions to the  community and also honored with the Woman of Distinction Award by the Coeur d’Alene Soroptimists.

Developing a sphere of influence is essential to a successful real estate career and I am eager to share my knowledge of the community with my agents and guide them as they develop a referral based business. Although I have many responsibilities, my most important ones are helping my agents achieve success in their real estate career. I understand the challenges they encounter and am committed to being available to them and to use my experience to help them achieve success. I was raised near Albany, New York and Graduated with Honors from New York State University College at Potsdam with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. My hobbies are gourmet cooking and entertaining, the Hospitality business, gardening, reading, and enjoying our beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene.
