Showing Up Makes All the Difference

I was visiting with a friend last week, and she was excited to share a story about one of our agents, who is a mutual friend. When my friend asked this agent how she was managing to have a successful year in a challenged economy, Paulette replied “I showed up”.

As we continue to work on our goals and business plan for the New Year, keep in mind how important it is to plan for success, by planning to SHOW UP. Working on your business so you have a business to work in, is crucial to success. The principals of PIE time show us that if a NINJA agent spends 2 hours a day working on developing new business, VS the average agent’s 2 hours per week, the Ninja agents will earn approximately $166,000 in commission income VS the average agent’s earnings of $36,900.

How will you spend 2 hours a day, 5 days a week working on I time tasks ?
P- Productive Time- writing a sales contract or taking a listing
I- Indirectly Productive Time- FORD Calls, managing and scheduling face to face time with your sphere, implementing a monthly flow system, handwritten notes, matching the daily hot sheet with your hot and warm list.
E- Everything else The Ninja Agent will spend 26 hours a week in E Time VS the average agent’s 37 hours per week.
